By using our services you are agreeing to our Terms and conditions. 

HOME FROM HOME BOARDING AND PET SITTING

Full payment must be made in advance. 

If payment is not received your booking is not secure will be lost.

Payment is non refundable. 

In season females cannot be accepted for boarding with other dogs. So we will NOT be able to accept an in season dog. 

CANCELLATION OF WALKS AND DOG DAYCARE

The following cancellation charges apply:

If cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice full payment will be required

GROOMING

48 hours notice much be given for cancellation or changes to your grooming appointment, otherwise full payment is expected. You must ensure your pet is in fit and healthy condition to be groomed and free of any matts. If your dog is matted we will discuss your options with you and additional fees may apply. Please make us aware of any allergies or behavioural problems your pet has. 

PAYMENT FOR OTHER SERVICES

Payment for all of our services must be made in advance. 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Pooch & Co  is authorised to seek emergency veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense.

Should specified veterinarian be unavailable, we are authorised to engage the services of an alternative veterinarian. If you cannot be contacted in a timely manner, we are authorised to approve medical and/or emergency treatment (including  euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian.

You agree to reimburse us for expenses incurred, plus any additional fees for attending to such emergency.  

We are not liable for any problems that occur from a known condition unless we have not treated the condition as required.

GENERAL NOTES

All dogs, by law, must wear a collar and tag with your information as well as being micro-chipped.

All dogs MUST be fully up to date with their vaccinations and their flea and worm treatment to come into our care. If dogs show signs of flea or worm infestation they will not be walked and additional fees will apply for our grooming services. These must be completed 2 weeks before care commences

Titre testing will be an acceptable form of vaccination along with certificate and letter from vet

Dogs will all be mixed and walked together with other walking, daycare, boarding and grooming dogs . This will be a mixed of different ages and neutered/un-neutered. All dogs will be made comfortable and not put in groups that will upset them. Dogs may also be mixed in the home and garden with other dogs. Dog will also be transported with other dogs. 

Photos/videos of your dog can be taken and used on social media/advertisement/website etc.

You will inform me fully of any characteristics of the dog/s which needs to be known for handling and care of the dog/s, especially any aggression issues.

Dogs will be kept on a lead whenever off premises, unless consent is received from you. 

I will take care, so far as is practicable, both that the dog/s are not a nuisance or danger to anyone, or any other animals, and that no harm comes to it.

If dogs are not collected within 7 days of the stated departure date, and no communication has been received from you, then I contact the RSPCA to classify the pet/s as abandoned for them to attempt to re-home, sell or send to a charitable animal organisation.

We will inform you of any incident or anything which we notice about the dog/s that we think you ought to know

The use of tracking devices is not permitted unless previously agreed. 

In season females cannot be accepted for a number of our services. Alternative arrangements may be made. 

KEYS

A key should be left with us or a code for key safe.

We will use the key to visit your pet/s and for no other purpose. We will keep your key safe, not let anyone not employed by us have it, not copy it and will return it to you on demand.

RELEASE OF LIABILITIES

Pooch & Co agrees to provide all services in kind, humane, reliable and trustworthy manner. You agree to notify Pooch & Co of any concerns within 24 hours of your return.

Pooch & Co reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer, at any time, for any reason.

Pooch & Co will immediately contact you if your pet/s displays aggressive behaviours or tendencies.

Pooch & Co will do what they can to help families with special needs pets.

Pooch & Co  is required to report any bite incidents to authorities.

In case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster you authorise Pooch & Co to use their reasonable judgment for the care and wellbeing of your pet/s and/or house.

You understand that Pooch & Co can terminate this contract if your pet becomes a threat to the safety or health of Pooch & Co or the community due to aggressive behaviour.

You acknowledge you are responsible for medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to any person or animal caused by your pet(s).

You attest that all of the above information is true to the best of your knowledge. If anything changes with your dog, you will inform Pooch & Co before the next service is scheduled.
